6. AI-generated content

ILLIA uses artificial intelligence to generate suggestions. Outputs may occasionally be inaccurate or need editing, so you're responsible for reviewing content before you publish it.

7. Subscriptions and billing

Some features require a paid plan. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel anytime from your account settings.

8. Service availability

We work hard to keep ILLIA fast and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features as the product evolves.

9. Termination

You may stop using ILLIA at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or put other users or the service at risk.

10. Limitation of liability

ILLIA is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

11. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms as ILLIA grows. We'll notify you of significant changes, and continued use of ILLIA after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
